Sylvia was very professional yet friendly. She explained what we were going to do and the steps involved. Very concerned for my comfort and understanding. She, also is an absolute delight to talk to! Dr. Ahmed was great as always! She address you by name, then explained procedure and asked if I had any questions. Her approach makes you feel that like you are her only patient. A very pleasant and easy doctor to talk to!
